Test ID: An anonymized identifier for each speed test.

Time of Testing: Timestamp indicating when the speed test was performed.

Test Results: Information on download speed, upload speed, ping, and jitter, which helps users understand their internet connection quality.

ISP Information: Information on the user’s internet service provider, derived from the network connection.

Approximate Location: This is inferred from the IP address, not GPS. The app does not access or store precise location data.

User Agent and Browser Locale: Collected to identify the test environment, such as device type and language settings.

Test Log: A log of the test session to diagnose issues, if any; no personal information is included.

How the Speed Test Data is Used

The data collected through the Speed Test function is used to:

Allow Sharing of Test Results: Test results can be shared as an image, so users can compare or discuss their internet speed on forums or social media.

Improve Services: Data helps identify potential issues in our service and enhance the accuracy of speed test results.

No personal information is shared with third parties, and IP addresses are not stored in our database.

But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers.
